Reeds Business Solutions is a registered firm based in Zambia with corporate and
individual membership with Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA).
Reeds Business Solutions was established in 2002. We handle a multiple of clientele with a variety of business lines ranging from profit making to non-profit making.
Our services as outlined in the paragraphs below, ranges from financial management, corporate recovery, tax advisory, auditing, accounting, forensic accounting, corporate restructuring and reorganization, insolvency, due diligence, business and project proposals.
We are approved auditors for European Union Delegation Funded projects and USAID funded projects.

DANIEL MULENGA KATONGO
Founder | CEO
He’s a seasoned and experienced advisory professional with over 21 years of applied practice in various sectors, including public and private sectors. He has specialized in corporate finance and management consulting, having obtained double Masters of science Degrees in Finance and Investments with specialization in Risk Management from UNINETTUNO and Geneva Business school. He is also a Chartered Accountant with Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants, (FCCA-UK). He is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s strategy, team and operations across RAG. DK leads the firm in its mission to deliver the best client results in the management consulting industry.
Rabecca Yaali
Associate Manager
Rabecca has 12 years experience in Auditing and accounting in various industries and USAID funded projects. Prior to joining Reeds Business Solutions, she worked for PKF Zambia Chartered Accountants formerly Moores Rowland Chartered Accountants.
Sally Sikweya
TAX LEAD
She has vast experience in corporate and individual taxation, having worked in large practising firm. She has worked on various tax opinions; lead on tax restructuring and reorganisation for large and small and medium sized corporates, including both public and private sector organisations. She has specialised in tax and financial due diligence, tax research reports as well as tax audits. She is a chartered accountant and member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants as well as Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants ZICA
KENNEDY KATONGO
ACCOUNTANT LEAD
He is a seasoned accountant who has worked over 8 years in management and financial accounting and reporting environment. He is a registered accountant with the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountant. He shall provide strategic financial leadership.
